Independent multimedia journalist, I have always worked for the main Brazilian newspapers and magazines as a photojournalist and text reporter. Between 2007 and 2014 I was working as an international freelancer correspondent in Europe at the same time as I obtained my master's degree in photojournalism at London College of Communication (2011).
Nowadays, in Brazil, I also work as a fixer, producer, translator, videomaker and drone pilot (beginner) for magazines, films, news, small and large productions.
I have an extensive experience in Brazil in Amazon, Pantanal Northeast and Cerrado areas, as well as big cities such São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia.
Amid smoke, wildfires, and the vastness of the Amazon rainforest, I traveled to Rondônia to document the impacts of deforestation in the Brazilian Amazon. A project produced for the French channel Ushuaïa TV, alongside journalists Guy Lagache and Julien Balestier, following closely one of the greatest environmental transformations of our time.
